TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Skill development is an initiative that works toward the development of society as a whole. The objective of this Skill development is to enable youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood and build self-confidence by honing professional skills.

This training envisions linking the aptitude, aspiration, and knowledge of the skilled workforce, creates employment opportunities and demands in the market. Besides acquiring first-hand field experience, the skill development modules bring about positive changes in the farmers’ mindset, outlook, personality traits, managerial & entrepreneurial skills.
